Campsite & Glamping Village General Rules and Regulations

  • Bookings for Caravan and Camping are made online – Hard Stands are allocated at the time of booking based on your booking needs and you’ll be given your pitch number upon check in. Tent Pitches are picked on a first come, first served basis as it is an open site.
  • You must be over 18 years old to make a booking with us.
  • Group bookings may be made through our booking engine. We cannot guarantee that groups holidaying together will be located beside one another in the park, however we will endeavour to facilitate requests.
  • Customers are advised to have insurance cover in the event of cancellation.
  • Awnings - Many of our pitches can accommodate awnings but this must be booked and paid for at the time of booking. An awning is attached to caravan / campervan or motorhome. A tent set up beside your unit is a separate tent booking.
  • Fire/BBQs - open camp fires are not permitted on the site. Free standing BBQs are permitted.
  • Arrival / late arrival - Camping reception is open until 8pm daily. If you require a later arrival time or arrive after this time, please call 087 268 1229. On arrival, please check in at reception where you'll be given your allocated pitch number and signage to display on your unit stating your booking details along with your PIN for the access barrier.
  • Pitch allocation - Guests with motorhomes, campervans and caravans select a hard stand pitch with or without electricity and/or an awning. The system will allocate a pitch number based on your requirements and the pitch characteristics. We will give this to you on arrival. It is imperative that you pitch in the pitch allocated. If you wish to move pitch, please visit reception and we will endeavour to facilitate your request. Please note that at busy times, this may not be possible. Tents select a grass pitch with or without electricity. Our tent park is open and you can choose your own space on arrival.
  • Advance booking is essential for weekends, high season and bank holidays.
  • There is no minimum stay for touring/camping, except for Bank Holiday weekends (3-night minimum).
  • Full contact details and full payment is required at time of booking.
  • The booking is made for the named guests only and is not transferable under any circumstances. Photo identification WILL be required for each adult. ID is not required for children.
  • For couples looking to book, please note the resort is very busy with families with young children particularly during school holidays.
  • We DO NOT accept twin axle caravans.
  • We are a family, friendly site and we do not tolerate late night disturbances. Quiet hours are from 11pm nightly. Don’t book our site if you think you’re going to stay up late.

If you cancel outside five (5) days of your stay start time; you have the option of a full refund less an admin fee of €10 per booking or charges incurred by us), a reschedule or a gift voucher in the amount of the cancelled booking. If you wish to re-schedule your activity booking (and you are outside the 5-day period set out above) we will endeavour to accommodate you, but we are under no obligation to do so. Any request will be subject to availability. No-shows or participants who are late and refused entry are not eligible for a refund, reschedule or credit in any form. If you book an electric pitch, then you need to supply your own camping lead. Your camping lead needs to have a round blue 3-pin plug on one end that connects into our electric bollard. This camping lead is standard throughout Europe. If you haven’t bought your camping lead yet, then we recommend buying a camping lead that is at least 20m long. We do not sell camping leads, so please see your nearest camping shop.
  • If you are availing of Electric, please check that it is in working order before you settle in. If a camper requires us to call out an electrician and the fault is on the part of the camper, a €50 callout charge will be incurred.
